On Tuesday, December 13, at 11:30 a.m., students from kindergarten to grade 8 at École St-Augustin (Garson) will form a human chain from their school located at 648 O'Neil Drive West, to the Garson Food Bank, which is located 200 meters from their school at 579 O'Neil Drive West to help families in need in their community before the Christmas holiday.

Since the end of November, École St-Augustin students have been enthusiastically participating in a non-perishable food drive. By launching the "Dolphin Challenge," all classes mobilized to see which would collect the most food items. Mission accomplished: students from kindergarten to grade 8 will donate no less than 740 food products. This donation will allow the Garson Food Bank to stock its shelves and continue to support families in Garson and surrounding areas.

This same spirit of collaboration among students, from the youngest to the oldest, will serve them on Tuesday, December 13, at 11:30 a.m., when the products will be transferred from one student to another by a human chain to the Garson Food Bank.
