The result of a very unique music project will be unveiled this coming Friday, June 15, around 10 a.m. at École secondaire catholique l’Horizon, located at 1650 Valleyview in Val Caron. Over the course of the last two school years, students from various Conseil scolaire catholique du Nouvel-Ontario (CSCNO) schools had the opportunity to work with Stef Paquette, a well-known Franco-Ontarian artist, and compose an original, unique and inspiring song.

This particular project began last year as part of the Artists in Residence Program, which was made available to students through the support of the Ontario Arts Council. Mentored by Stef Paquette, grade 5 École Ste-Thérèse (Val Thérèse) students composed a song entitled “Tout l’monde est pareil” (We are all the same).
