École St-Étienne has been providing quality French language Catholic education to the children of the Dowling community for 50 years now. Despite its modest size, St-Étienne remains a cornerstone of community life and an integral part of the Conseil scolaire catholique du Nouvel-Ontario (CSCNO). The school has long made its mark through community involvement and charitable work. The school offers quality education to the families of Dowling, Levack, Onaping Falls and Cartier.
