Everyone likes a good spaghetti dinner and it has been said that pasta tastes even better when the event also lends a helping hand to local community organizations. On Thursday, November 30, École secondaire catholique l’Horizon invites everyone to partake in its scrumptious spaghetti dinner at 1650 Valleyview Road in Val Caron.

The meal will take place at the school itself, from 4:30 to 7 p.m., with tickets costing only $7 for students and children, and $10 for adults. All proceeds will be donated to ALS research, the Elizabeth Centre in Val Caron and Horizon’s student council. In addition to great spaghetti, the evening will also feature over 15 local vendors, allowing diners to do a little Christmas shopping and support local businesses. A child care service will also be available during the dinner, with numerous activities available for the enjoyment of youngsters.

Knowing that the holiday season is a busy time of year for everyone, the school is also offering takeout to those who cannot stay for the event, making it easy for people to drop in and grab dinner on their way home. École secondaire catholique l’Horizon looks forward to welcoming members of the community during this holiday season.
